Internships and Externships

At our Chicago Massage school, you will receive real experience at some of the most prestigious hospitals in the Chicago area.

The on-campus Teaching Clinic Internship provides students with an opportunity to apply knowledge, skills and attitudes as they work with the public in a faculty-supervised clinical environment. The Teaching Clinic also serves as a practice management laboratory in which student interns assist in the management of clinic operations.

Through a clinical affiliation agreement established with area hospitals, students interact with patients and medical teams under faculty supervision. Faculty-supervised Massage Events associated with working on the general public prior to the completion of Clinical Education 1 and which have been approved by the Program Director will count towards Clinical Education 2 hours. Massage Events can include marathons, half marathons, gymnastics meets and more!
