To obtain the Sports Massage Certificate of Achievement, students must fulfill specific educational requirements by the time of graduation.

  1. Students must have 100% attendance in their CMTP class, and have an overall grade of 70% or higher in CMTP.
  2. Students must have 100% attendance at the Chicago Marathon.
  3. Students must have 100% attendance during their Supervised Clinic Course, which includes clinics at Loyola University’s Athletic Training Facility.

Note: Any student who misses a class in CMTP, or Supervised Clinic, for any reason other than an approved leave of absence, will not be eligible to make up the attendance and will not be eligible to receive a Sports Massage Certificate of Achievement.
