Generate new clientele by promoting referrals and packages ? Help maintain professionalism and cleanliness of therapy rooms and common areas ? Office upkeep - cleaning tables, folding laundry, restocking products and materials, and miscellaneous maintenance tasks ? Assisting with patient flow in the office and patient intake ? Assisting with marketing events ? Management of product inventory and supplies ? Answering phones and patient coordination/scheduling as needed ? Checking out clients' aftercare, taking payment, and rescheduling appointments

 

Specialty Skills/Certifications:

• Adhere to state licensing laws and regulations ? Carry liability insurance ? Be able to communicate effectively with clients, clinic management, and staff ? Proficient in Swedish Massage and Deep Tissue ? Must be proactive with a strong ability to self-manage and prioritize tasks ? Reliable transportation ? Prenatal experience a plus
